Despite that I can barely keep myself motivated to post even weekly, I went ahead end signed up again for Blaugust. I did it the first year on [BloggingIntensifies] and last year on Lameazoid, and now they are one blog, so technically I did it twice here, and this will be my third year.
I’m not going in with any plans. I may post once per week. Even doing some of the suggested topics feels a little cheesy because I’ve already done the basic “Who am I, what is Blaugust,” etc topics two years now.
Maybe it could motivate me to take some photos for reviews. I actually already have several reviews written up, I just need to take photos to go with them.
Or it could inspire me to write some reviews. I have a lot of photos, without write ups. I actually kind of dream of the idea of doing like some bloggers writers collectors do and post basically, everything, with some arbitrary number count. “#1583 – Marvel Legends Spider-Man”, that sort of shit.
I get caught up int he minutia too much though. Pictures are not good enough, I am too repetitive in review tone, I am not sounding reviewish enough, do I even need to call them reviews, can’t I just write about my toys, how do I handle old posts? Add numbers? Caught up in the details.
Anyway, we’ll see how it goes.
