Code Project – Python – Automated List From Reddit Comments

This is one of those quick and kind of dirty projects I've been meaning to do for a while. Basically, I wanted a script that would scrape all of the top level comments from a Reddit post and push them out to a list. Most commonly, to use on /r/AskReddit style threads like, well, for this example, "What is a song from the 90s that young people should listen to." Sky: Children of the Light Aurora In Game Concert Event

There have been quite a few "Virtual concerts" in video games in recent years, and on December 8th, the game Sky: Children of the Light became one the games that has hosted a concert in game.  Though "Concert" feel like a bit of a stretch, it's more like a Musical Event.  Similar TO Fortnite's Soundwave Series Events.  All of the songs also seemed to just be the Studio Tracks, which was kind of a bummer.  I didn't really expect an actually live event, but a bit of a live feel to the music would have helped make it a bit…

It seems like my brief run (of 2) concerts where I was standing up front couldn't last forever. I was close, but I was not right up front for the Aurora show. Not a massive deal, except I ended up behind this dude with poofy hair, so I couldn't see half the stage half the time. But I'm not really here to complain. My Music Listening Habits for 2021

It's time again for my new favorite annual tradition here (until it isn't), my music listening habits for the year. Not a lot of new this year, I'll admit that. Though I sometimes wonder if part of that is that some artists and albums get sort of lost int he sauce of over listening to some of my favorite artists.
