Not that anyone is paying attention, but in case you are, you might notice that there is a new pile of music related content here on Lameazoid. It’s not actually new, I just, move it from Blogging Intensifies.
It’s kind of a first step in maybe getting rid of [BI]. I keep doing this cycle, I used to do it more frequently. Basically, two blogs, one blog, two blogs, one blog. I’m feeling like I kind of only really need the one blog. I am doing a lot more private writing, which covers more of the things that would go on BI than here, but also, BI gets basically no traffic. Which is fine. I don’t really blog “for the numbers”, but also, Lameazoid, kind of has been getting traffic. At least, not zero traffic.
I also just, want to simplify a bit, again. Lameazoid, as neglected as it gets, has always been “my baby”, so Lameazoid always wins out in these choices. That said, I still am not entirely sure because some of the content from BI just, doesn’t really fit well here.
Music fits though, it’s media. I also moved a few book related posts, but no one cares about that. It’s not a lot, some album reviews, some concert write ups, and some annual listen habits posts. I will probably move some of my photo galleries as well. Not sure yet on the rest. There are some programming and other projects posts. I may see what is left and what needs just removed and what can be reorganized and go from there.
In the larger sense, I had already started this course a while ago. I’ve already converted all my log ins and most of my email that was attached to the domain to other domains. I’ve actually been converting my Lameazoid based emails as well, because ultimately, I like having a private domain email address, but it’s also probably better if I am not tied to something that I could need to drop. Then again, trusting a 3rd party email service has similar issues as well.
