Watched on Friday November 27, 2015. Luck, 2022 – ★★½
You know how sometimes you hear a word over and over and over and it starts to loose all meaning?
The word "Luck" is uttered, at least 200 times. I counted.
The word "Penny" probably gets at least 50-100 utterances of its own as well.
Its not an offensive movie, its cute at times, something just feels off, like a cat who is secretly cheating at life or something. 
Aside from.an incredibly Deus Ex Machina ending, its good. Its fun and funny and definitely better than that last travesty with the SNL cast. Well, I suppose the original 2 were also mostly SNL people too.
Why the heck was J.K. Simmons in this though? For his literal 2 seconds of screen time. 
You know what we need more of? Feel good movies where there isn't ever any real conflict. Just people on a road trip doing something they enjoy and connecting eith their kid.
Ok, well, there was a brief conflict in the start where Favreau cusses out the food critic.
