I have to wonder if people here complaining about the accents watched the film, because its literally part of the plot that rhey are using fake accents to "impress the Americans."
Thenone dude even says he is "trying to sound like Crocodile Dundee."
The bigger accent question is why the sonnhas annaccent and the mom does not.
Anyway, its funny, in a slapstick comedy sort of way. You might question how the male lead didn't recognize the leading lady just because of the hair color, but I watched the whole movie wondering why she looked familiar, and didn't realize until the credits that it was Poppy Montgomery.

Its good and violent once it gets going. 
It kind of starts out pretty interesting despite its cheezyness. Chick named Krissy Kringle gets Santa's Naughty and Nice book and blackmails everyone with their Naughty secrets. Most of whom really deserved it.
But then the "twist" happens and everything interesting is kind of sucked out of the movie and it becomes stupidly predictable.
