The image on Tubi has Jon Voight holding a sword and shield with this goofy grin, and that's like 90% of the reason I watched this.I don't think there is a sword or shield anywhere in this.The whole thing is definitely "After school morals" material....

It's amusing at times and the lead does a good job overall.

I mean, it's goofy and intended to be that way, like the last two movies. And it's generally more ceherent in terms of overall plot than the last two movies, aside from not really explaining why it was a good idea to give Alexa killing powers.
