King Kong, 2005 – ★★½
Its not a bad movie, buy its sooooo long and its sooooo all over the place.
Like there is a 15 mimute bit of Naomi Watts stumbling through the forrest.
Also, I am subtracting a half a star here because at one point they are attacked by giant Spiders, and one dude starts shooting the off of a nother dude with a Tommy Gun. But somehow the dude being attacked by spiders DOES NOT ALSO GET SHOT WTF THAT IS NOT HOW BULLETS OR GUNS WORKS.
Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore, 2022 – ★★½ (contains spoilers)

Better late than never, but I finally watched the third Fantastic Beasts Movie.
All of Rowling's BS aside, I do still quite enjoy Harry Potter.
But I don't get these movies (Fantastic Beasts) There are a lot of interesting concepts, but they feel like they were all written by someone who skimmed the Harry Potter Wiki half assedly and threw together some things they sort of remeber.
Which is weird because I am pretty sure they are written by Rowling, creatormof the world, and the dude who wrote the HP movies.
Like in this movie, at one point, they leave with a Portkey, then arrive by Flu Powder. I get that its magic, but like, thats not how this works. Thats not how any of this works.Plus, there is so much that just sort of... Happens, with no proper explanation as to why. Like Newt's brother gets captured by the bad guys, only to be.... Locked up in a regular Wizard jail? Guarded by one dude and a bunch of crabs? Granted the whole but was probably one of the actually entertaining parts of the movie, but there was little proper explanation and it literally went nowhere. Heck, the characters even point this out. They also make a big deal that Grindelwald can see the future, which seems to.come from that goat creature, but he doesn't really use that ability much.
And speaking of the goat, who chooses leadership based in how much some goat likes a person?
