A lot of people seem to dislike this film. It’s a little slow, but then so we’re it’s predecessors. The acting is pretty great from McAvoy and Jackson. Willis is alright but kind of just feels like he’s just there. I enjoyed it, it had a nice little twist ending that’s not quite one you would expect.

The Greatest Showman, 2017 – 3.5/5
A visually impressive presentation of a fictional presentation of the life of P.T. Barnam. The songs are decent though a little repetitive in their style. Most everyone seems to actually song though the lip sync is distractingly off at times. This is definitely one you watch for the presentation more than the plot, which is nothing more than a couple of layeres of flimsy love stories.
The Circus Sham is very present in the plot though, which is only really accurate to the life of Barnam on a superficial level.
Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw, 2019 – 3/5
I am a big fan of the Fast & Furious movies, but they have their ups and downs. Hobbs and Shaw is kind of, boringly middling. Don’t expect a perfectly formed realistic story. Expect a bunch of crazy action scenes. Also a nice touch, while there were fancy cars at times, it definitely felt like it set itself apart from the main series by not really being a “car movie”.
