TUG! OF! WAR!!

Welcome to the overly glorified homepage of a DOS game. The game is actually the first required project of a C++ course, but it turned out so nice and all, I figured the least I could do is give it webspace equal to roughly twice the size of it's own source code. The object of the project was to make a Tug Of War game, but while the assignment didn't call for, it this Tug of War game was given some beef! We've got score keeping, instructions, replay options, and ascii graphics!

The wicked cool title screen!

How to Play
The object of the game is to move the marker to your end of the board before the computer moves the marker to it's end. You move the marker by betting points. The player who bets the most points each round wins the round and has the marker moved one space towards thier end of the board. Each player begins with 50 points to spend each game. If both players run out of points before the end of the game, the game is a draw. If you win you are awarded 50 points (score points not spending points) plus the remaining points in your bank.

More neato keeno DOS screen shots, looks like this game is in the bag.

Actually, the game isn't rally THAT boring, granted it's not going to give hour of entertainment like say, Diablo 2 or Deus Ex, but it is simple and fun enough to keep you playing longer than you would say.. Bloobos. Mostly it's just a puzzle/strategy game.
