That wasn't too hard. I've added that wallpaper to the downloads section. I actually have several other things I've been meaning to add to that section. Like my FF7 saves for ht eBarret and Yuffie dates, I'd add them but I've lost them among all my FF7 saves, and FF7 PC doesn't have a load option, it's quit out, then reopen the program each time. It would probably easier to just make new ones. Alos I have a few Eva themed Simcity 3k buildings, though only one is really complete, and it's not really a building, but an angel (Ramiel, I seemed to be obsessed with this one). Alos the angel model is just a replacement for a normal building so it sometimes appears numerous times in a city. Th other building is sort of a working weapons deployment building, I also had plans for an Eva launch pad and a Geofront Pyramid thing.

Ok, I had made up this really sweet Mustang walpaper fromt he picture of my car I was going ot put up, but then I remembered I want to edit out the license plate on it, not so much because I care if people know what my number is, but more because for other people using it, I'm sure it would make it look a bit nicer. Anyway, I'll have to post it later after some more editing.
Also I was thinking I should put up some new download of some kind, so I decided I'd put up my SIMS church I built, but it seems that copying SIMS files is quite a bit more difficult than it sounds, so I'll have to look into that some more. Here is a titilating shot though of my masterpiece. The front area is obviously the main hall, the back rooms are the living quarters for Father Thompson. Eventually I plan to add sort of a public rec building in as well, with pool tables and pinball, and stereos, and generally a lot of public use items. It turned out pretty nice.
Also I'm feeling less happy about buying my brother a new CD player for his car after today. Let's start at the begining. My brother's old car was a pice of crap, for some reason both the engeine AND Transmission were going out on it. so we traded it in when we bought my car. So we decided I'd buy him a CD player for his truck he got to replace his car, and I figured, OK, he doesn't get to work much due to all his school activities, I can do that. Then we went out today to look at some players, and he wants to go look for some cologn in some store called Aberchrombie and Fitch (something like that), andyway, I won't give and numbers, but here and I wishing I had cahs for Deus Ex and Strider 2, while he's well, spending more then enough for one of those on some little bottle of smeely liquid. Plus this is the person I though deserved a bit of charity. so then later when we were at Best Buy looking at players, I was starin longingly at the box for Deus Ex and commenting that I wished I had th eextra cash to afford it, and my brother's like "You got the money, just get it," and it's like, "No I have other important things I have to spend my money on, I can't just drop fourty bucks on some single item." I did get the Fight Club soundtrack though. I can't wait till this movie comes out on VHS, but I almost wish my PC's DVD player was working so I could get the DVD instead.

When I get over to UIUC I'll have to joing this, assuming it's still going on. Also I'm slightly dissapointed because I'll probably have ot leave the The Power Beast behind. Oh well. I'll save on gas, and get a nice work out from riding my bike around.

Simply Brilliant...
The local paper had a short blurb commentsing on how some radio station mispronounced the name of Springfield's cicter city, Ashikaga. They ent on to explain that it's pronounced "Ahsha-kah-gah". Now I don't know how they pronounce "she", which is what the "shi" in Ashikaga sounds like, but I certainly don't pronounce it "sha". I feel liuke sending a letter with "Ah-she-kah-gah" being the only thing written on it. Then maybe a nuch of copies of stuff from my Japanese class I took years ago in high school. But I don't know that I really care that much. Anyway, tomorrow I get to go over to Urbana to turn in my application at the University of Illinois, so I can transfer over there in the spring. May also look around at some apartments or something. Sorry this is kind of droll stuff, but I can't really think of anything else too exciting to add at the moment.

Urg, I keep having problems with my right ear getting so full of ear wax I can't hear out of it at all. I'm thinking I should just go have it proffessionally cleaned out as all of my best efforts only seem to work to make the problem worse. It's got to be prett ybad when you can use both ends of a dozen Q-Tips and each one comes out with a huge glob of gunk on it.
Anyway, I think the SIMS has finally goine to my head. I'm having visions of building a sort of church in my neighborhood. You know, one dedicated to the SIMS' "god". I think I'll work on this tomorrow. Then maybe once it's done I'll post it here, assuming I can figure out how to post it. I'm alos thinking of trying ot make a home styles after the Faciity level in Goldeneye. I deffinitely should put a SIMS section on my page. If only so I can document the crazy exploits I put my SIMS through. I was looking at some FAQs today to figure out how to advance my job level, and I discovered when my main husband and wife team reach the top, The husband will be a Secret Agent and the Wife will be a Crime Lord. They can eb a happily married couple AND arch nemesises, er.. Nemesi, er.. whatever.

Well, that was certainly a long weekend of work. I worked both of my jobs on Saturday, then one of them most of Sunday. Anyway...
The SIMS is a great game. I (refering to the SIMS character that for the most part represents "me"), finally managed to get married to the person I was trying to get married to. After the marriage, I quickly went off to bed and set her to work cleaning up the house. AREN'T I NICE? No actually it seems ot be going pretty well. With her around I have just enough extra time to improve my job skills so I can get promotions and such. It fugures that I finally beat Chrono Cross and got that out of the way only to have the space taken over by a differet game. SIM games tend ot get old pretty fast though. Simcity 3000 was great, I think I got it the day it came out, then I played, and eagerly awaited the building architecht tool so I could make all these great custom cities, then they took like a year or some shit to release the Architecht program, and by the time I got it I didn't care any more. Plus they stopped producing so many neat building updates for the cities. Also the game would have been improved had they let you place more then ten landmarks and it was Sincity 2000. SC3k had very nice graphics, but overall, I really hated the gamepley engine, escpecially next ot SC2k, which was much better fun wise.
Also I've noticed that someone is actually reading this page. Besides me that is. The counter goes up dailiy other then me checking ot make sure updates worked. I'll have ot be careful to contain my ego.

I think I pulled a muscle or something trying to move my dad's bike around out of the garage so I could vaccume the inside of my car. My leg hurts a little now. It's passing though. Not that I'm through with the obligatory no one cares line...
I'd like ot say I really fucking hate marketing. I'm talking about hte Playstation 2. I mean, it's not like SONY isn't some sort of multibillion dollar intenrational conglomerate. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON WHY ANYONE WHO WANTS ONE OF THESE THINGS SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET ONE ON OPENING DAY. Don't mistake that as me itching because I can't get one. I only just got my PSX last year, I'm always behind on games. I won't get a PSX2 until it's been priced down to $99 dollars. I'll be sepnding my cash this december on probably a huge ass TV and a REAL DVD player. But what I'm saying is, the onyl reason Sony is pushing that there won't be enough PSX2 systems to meet demand is for the hype. I mean, look at the hype now! Everyone is going on about how they are going to sell out the first day, and they will, and how unless you have one reserved you'll never get one until like 2010 at this point. And when they DO sell out the release date, they will get even more hype because buisness and technology sections of newspapers, and game magazines, will all have huge "PLAYSTAYION 2 SELLS OUT IN FIRST DAY!" headlines plastered ALL OVER. It's all marketing, and the people who came up with it should be shot.

I'm almost done withmy quest to read all of the Penny Arcade strips. But that's not the point of this update, cause that is pretty boring.
Instead I'd like to share the following: List. In Psycology today we got in groups and were suppose to choose 6 of the people on that list to live through a nuclear holocost and 6 that would die. I'm actually not very happy with my groups choices and would have protested more, but the proffessor wanted the groups to keep themselves under control and I feel voicing my true opinion would have put myself and the ovbiously highly outspoken equalrights liberalist chick in my group at each other's throats. Basically I DIDN'T WANT OT MAKE A SCENE! Anyway, maybe I'll post some more on this tomorrow, but right now I would just like to say I really hate people who think quotas and whatnot are good for minorities and good for keeping racism and discrimination out of people's lives. When really, Affirmative action, is just racism, people just want to think it's good because it's POSITIVE rascism when you force a company to hire 20% black people, 20% Indians, 20% Asians, 20% Hispanic, and 20% white, as opposed ot NEGATIVE rascism like people who think "All black people should die" and what not. Personally I'm against both. What am I for? I'm for the comany hiring the poeple who are most qualified. People need to stop getting all pissed off because it just so happens that there were more white people, or more people of Asian decent more qualified than say, people of Hispanic decent. I say "X decent" for the previous because it would be really confusing ot say "People need to stop getting all pissed off because it just so happens that there were more PEOPLE or more PEOPLE qualified than say, {other} PEOPLE.
Also If anyone could help explain why this damn HTML won't allow me to add an empty buffer cell in my table to the left of this under the contents so the content blocks don't get so spaced out, please feel free to email me. I set up a table the way I wish I could get htis one to look in Front page, but even when I coppied the code it didn't work for some stupid reason.

Anyway, what I was going to ay earlier, except I had to go to work, is that I don't really feel the below is a bad thing. I mean, it's quite obvious people are not capable of running thier own lives, so the government should have the right to intervine. Now you say "People should have the right to choose what games thye want to buy, ect, the government shouldn't regulate that!" But honesty, there is such a thing as TOO MUCH FREEDOM! And if people were truly capable of making every descidion on thier own correctly, we wouldn't even need a government at all, but generaly people are dumb, or more, they lack common sense, and for future reference when I refer to a person, or say people are dumb/moronic/idiots, I generally and refering ot common sense, not how smart a person is. It's more of a reference to how intelligent a person is, not how smart, which by the way, IS two different things. You see Intelligence is something you are born with, it's mostl mad eup of common sense, being smart is something found in a book. Being smart is for people who spend all their time getting As in scool, ect. Smart is short of "Book smart", which does not usually corrilate to intelligence. Oh and I'm not going ot be spell checking this page, since notepad doesn't have a spell check.

Maybe I should update more often I guess. Or not. Anyway, I put a new review in the Transformers page, even though it's a seperate site now. Eventually I'll make a link banner for it or something maybe.
I was actually going to add more here, but my PC froze up on me (as ALWAYS) and it's late, and I should be going ot bed since I have to work tomorrow, so now I won't say anything more.

I've decided I need a place to rant about random nothingness on my webpage. This is because people who are not WITTY or FUNNY deserve to have such things on thier webpages. Look for future updates. Maybe I should put a time stamp or something, but chances are I'm to lazy to actually put up two things in one day. Alos the place where is says "WITTY or FUNNY" was supposed to link somewhere, but I couldn't find a place at the moment. Maybe I'll add one later.
